Rachel Botsman has inspired me
in my travels of the road of entertainment. The speech she gave was about “The
currency of the new economy is trust.” I feel that business is shorted over
this after the crash of the economy and bail outs for the big companies. No
person wants to be taken for advantage especially a paying customer.
This is where knowledge and skill can get you where you want to be. To work hard is one thing, but to work smart and hard we all have to teach and be taught. Read, listen, and if you perform you will be ready for the league of being made. I hope this information helps more than harms the business I came to love.

Leadership Mastery Journal Post
In this course this month I
have learned more of my leadership style; which is Maxwell’s form of leading.
This form of leading has put me in my position phase as we speak on real time

Work Harder Or Work Smarter
In the
field of music distribution, we all ask who is the best company or leaders to
deal with to put our products out on the shelf in stores? Or what Internet
based service can do us the most justice of service that broadcast and sale of
our musical goods? With the positioning
of how the music products are promoted and formulated for sales the
distribution format has changed drastically from brick and mortar business shops
to an on line distributions and sales. This is not to mention that most sells
are to independent artists and recording labels than just to the main hitters
such as Universal, Def Jam, Warner, and others of the music moguls that are
also part of the trend of selling more on line as well.
